Za’tar & Dukkah

Zaatar is a popular herb grown in the Holy Land packed with vitamins. As a seasoning it is commonly used in Mediterranean cuisine dating back millennia. Dukkah spice blend is a ground roasted grain and spices; wheat kernels, sumac berries, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and other ingredients to create a tasteful blend, it is commonly used in Middle-East cuisine dated back millennia.
