Za’tar & Dukkah
Zaatar is a popular herb grown in the Holy Land packed with vitamins. As a seasoning it is commonly used in Mediterranean cuisine dating back millennia. Dukkah spice blend is a ground roasted grain and spices; wheat kernels, sumac berries, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and other ingredients to create a tasteful blend, it is commonly used in Middle-East cuisine dated back millennia.

They and are traditionally eaten with extra virgin olive oil or any olive oil and pita bread or any type of bread, or to make Zaatar or Dukkah pizza (Manakish). They can also be added to some favorite dishes to enhance the flavor. Both contain a good dose of vitamins, proteins and other essential nutrients.
