Za'tar

Za'tar is a staple item in Palestinian households as well as Mediterranean cuisine dating back millenia. The simplest way to enjoy it is by dipping your Arabic bread (aka pita bread) in extra virgin olive oil, and then in the za'tar, for a delicious snack, breakfast, or appetizer any time of day! Or mix with olive oil and use as a pizza topping, with nothing else! Or optionally, add sliced tomatoes and plant-based cheese.
