Description
Sahar Fakhoury graduated from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, where she earned her BFA degree. Her art work has been exhibited in several states, as well as abroad. Fakhoury works with oil paint, watercolor, mixed media and clay. Her recent works are inspired by people she encounters on the streets at home, or while traveling. Attracted by their body movements and expressions, she creates her own impressions in her compositions. Other subjects of Fakhoury’s art work are still life and landscapes.
Fakhoury’s work resides in private and corporate collections around the world.
