Mail Order (payment by check)
Please e-mail us your order before mailing your payment in order to confirm availability of desired items and ensure that your order is processed in a timely manner. Money orders or cashiers checks are preferred, for faster processing; otherwise, we may wait until your check clears (sorry, but been burnt enough to need to do this). Payments should be made out to "Palestine Online Store" - please remember to include the $6.00 shipping and handling fee (flat rate, regardless of order size). Mail to:

Product Status / Delivery Times:
In-Stock vs. On back-order
Items that are marked as being "In Stock" normally ship out (i.e. leave our office) within 5 business days. Items that are "On back-order" may ship out anywhere from 1 day to 60 days. If you need it by a certain date, please e-mail us to inquire. Orders that include "In Stock" as well as "On back-order" items may be shipped seperately or held for one shipment, at our discretion. If you need certain items by specific dates, please do let us know!
Shipping Fees
U.S. or Canada: The shipping and handling fee is fixed at $6.00, regardless of the size of your order. We will select the shipping mode and it will normally be one of the following: USPS First Class or Priority Mail, or Fedex Ground. Olive oil bottles are usually sent via Fedex due to gentler handling and insurance.
International orders: Most items now have an international price also set, which includes the additional shipping surcharge for overseas shipping, in addition to the standard $6 shipping and handling flat fee. For items that do not have the international price indicated, please e-mail us to inquire, and include your shipping destination. Accordingly, we will let you know what the shipping charges are, and you may then decide about proceeding with the order. There are no additional charges for DVD or music CD orders; international orders are not subjected to any additional charges beyond what the U.S. customers pay ($6 flat-fee).
Guarantee & Returns
Our products are guaranteed to be of good quality and to reach you in good condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please e-mail us right away for replacement arrangements. Due to the limitations of this small operation, we can only accept exchanges of damaged or defective products. Thank you for your understanding.
