Shipping in the US and Outside
To our customers in US and Canada, we are happy to continue our flat-rate shipping fee of $6 for your entire order.
For customers outside the US, please select the “Pay by Check” option when checking out and we’ll reply to you promptly with a shipping fee estimate. You can then choose to complete or cancel your order. We will have automated international shipping costs in place soon (tentatively by end of March 2012).
Paying by Check or Phone
To pay by check, please select the “Pay by Check” payment option at the beginning of the check-out and follow the instructions (add $6 shipping and handling to your total, and mail check to: Palestine Online Store, 2401 W. Pecan Street, Suite 206, Austin, TX 78660).
To pay with a credit card by phone, please first place your order online and select the ‘pay by check’ option. In the “Note to Buyer” field, please provide the best number and time to reach you, and we will get in touch with you.
Product Status / Delivery Times
Items that are marked as being “In Stock” normally ship out (i.e. leave our office) within 5 business days. Items that are “On back order” may ship out anywhere from 5 days to 60 days. If you need it by a certain date, please e-mail us to inquire. Orders that include “In Stock” as well as “On back order” may be held until all items are available and ready to ship. If you are in a hurry for the available items, please order them separately. If you need something by a certain date, please let us know!
