Shipping / Order FAQs
Items that are marked as being “In Stock” normally ship out within 5 business days. Items that are listed as “On back order” may ship out anywhere from 5 days to 60 days. If you need it by a certain date, please e-mail us to inquire. Orders that include “In Stock” as well as “On back order” may be held until all items in your order are available and ready to ship. If you are in a hurry for the available items and want them shipped individually, please order them separately. If your order is date-sensitive, please let us know by e-mailing contact@palestineonlinestore.
Paying by Check or Phone
To pay by check, please select the ‘Pay by Check’ payment option at the beginning of the check-out and follow the instructions. Mail check to Palestine Online Store, 1720 Wells Branch Parkway, #9304, Austin, TX 78728. To pay with a credit card by phone, please first place your order online and select the ‘pay by check’ option. In the “Note to Buyer” field, please provide the best number and time to reach you, and we will get in touch with you for your payment information once the order is ready to ship.

Palestine Online Store guarantees its products to be free from defects, except for minor imperfections in handmade handcrafts. Because this is a small-business operation, we can only offer exchanges or returns for damaged or defective products. Please contact us before returning the product.
